Loretta has been practicing real estate for over 33 years, specializing in sales, rentals, condominium conversions, new construction, and property management. Retta would tell you, "I’ve seen it all, I think!" Loretta offers her professional and personable service to all real estate clients: buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords, developers and investors.
When the papers have passed, or the lease is signed, Loretta wants all parties to walk away satisfied – feeling that they were treated fairly, and that we gave them our full attention. But most importantly, Loretta wants her clients to enjoy a good night’s sleep in their new home.
Loretta is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, MLS, the National Association of Realtors, and she is a Designated Certified Buyers Representative (“CBR”). Loretta has been recognized as one of the top 100 brokers in Arlington. A long-time resident of Arlington, Loretta now lives in Acton, MA and serves that area, as well. She has extensive knowledge in the rental industry, managing over 100 units and providing rental assistance for many private accounts in several communities. Clients trust her expertise and knowledge of Massachusetts law.
Two heads are better than one, so Loretta doesn’t do it all alone – Loretta and Joanne have worked together for 25 years, operating as a team to ensure that each client receives the maximum in customer service. Selling, buying, or renting can be a stressful time; Lo and Jo try to alleviate the stress and make it a pleasant, fun experience for all.
Loretta is a multitasking power house – just ask her husband, her four kids, her 2 dogs, or her many siblings, nieces and nephews (just don’t ask the cat, he really couldn’t care less). She has redefined multi-tasking everyday while juggling her real estate career with raising her four girls (along with her firefighter husband, Mike). Her proudest achievements are 4 amazing, strong women -- her girls: Monica, a graduate of SNHU; Maddie and Ali (the twins), graduates of the UMass Lowell honors program; and Lanna, also an honors student and graduate of Framingham State. Added bonus: they are all employed and happy.
Outside of the office, Loretta enjoys cooking, hiking with her beloved Goldens (Dolly and Tinley), being at the lake, or playing 9 with Joanne.
